Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
- FREE shipping on all orders over $99
- Express Shipping (Tracked & Insured) on orders under $99: $9.99
- Expedited Shipping + Order Protection (covers lost or stolen orders): $14.99
Items Shipped Separately
If you order more than one item, your products may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days. This is normal and helps us get each item to you as quickly as possible — you won't be charged any extra shipping for this.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by your local authorities. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
